Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill By Ihg, Cherry Hill

The hotel's rooms, though they could have been a bit cleaner, turned out to be absolutely great and modern, exceeding the initial appearance of the premises. However, the limited supply of wash cloths and towels was insufficient. The rooms featured convenient amenities such as a mini-fridge, Keurig machine, and microwave, adding value to the stay.

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although I was surprised to find a used towel outside my room. The service was friendly and courteous, albeit lacking some necessary information during check-in. The location was convenient with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The dining experience was good overall, but the staff came off as a bit arrogant. The facilities were satisfactory for my needs.
